Hotel Cancellation:
Cancellations must be received by the Conference Organisers in writing on or before 22 February 2012. All cancellations received before this date will be accepted with a refund minus £30.00 administration fee. All cancellations received after this date will not receive any refund.
All hotels require Full payment. Reservation payments are non-refundable after 22 February 2012 as these are passed on to the hotel to secure your booking.
In the event of a non arrival, at 09.00 the following day, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and pre-payments will be non refundable.
On 22 February 2012 all accommodation will be released. Should you wish to book a room after this date, please send an email to apam@congrex.com with your request and we will try to obtain a room for you
